Bracknell Food & Drink Market Hire 2012

Earlier this year in June we got all the local areas together and headed off down to Bracknell to set up their Food & Drink Festival. They had drawn up plans to use 10 off our marquees. Some were for stall holders and some were for misc usage. As we had to have the marquees up and ready by 6am, we all headed off down the night before and stayed in a hotel before our 4.30am wake up call. Blurry eyed we all headed down to the market square and awaited the ok on where the marquees were all going. We had Grant from Mini Marquee Hire Kingston down to give us a hand, and he was able to get us this video.

About 2 and a half hours later and all the marquees were up and stall holders had started to arrive. As it was an up AM down PM job and about 3 hours drive from our head office we stayed down Bracknell and entertained ourselves by wandering round. The whole job seemed to have been a great success as the feedback below shows…

I just wanted to say thanks for all you and the team did for us at the weekend.

Initial feedback has been excellent, both from retailers, visitors and the town centre staff. The sun certainly helped but the quality of the stalls, workshops and presentations was a major contributing factor to the success of the day. Halloween Party Marquee Hire

Mini Marquee Hire Nottingham recently did a number of Marquees for Halloween parties and firework displays with heaters and lights included to keep the guests warm and dry.

Bookings are currently being taken for Christmas and New Years Eve (including a black tie & ballgown party) but we are filling up fast so contact us now to avoid disappointment.
